UPDATE: The rooms for 2026-2027 are all full now, but keep an eye out here in case any rooms become available. However, if you’re looking for a room for this current year (2025-2026), there is one room available at a reduced price of £160pw until 14th July.

The student rooms are currently rented for £190pw, including bills and Virgin Media Fibre 400. Due to planning restrictions, we are only able to rent out the rooms to University of York students.

There are five bedrooms available in the flat on Millfield Lane, YO10, above the church hall in Cornerstone. All the rooms have a double bed with plenty of space and ample storage room. The flat comes with a spacious kitchen and dining room/lounge. The lounge consists of two sofas and a tall fridge separate from the freezer. The flat also has:

• A utility room
• Two large bathrooms with new showers, and
• A shared garden with lockable bike sheds and washing line
