UPDATE: The rooms for 2026-2027 are all full now, but keep an eye out here in case any rooms become available. 

The student rooms are currently rented for £190pw, including bills, Virgin Media Fibre 400 and TV Licence. Due to planning restrictions, we are only able to rent out the rooms to University of York students.

There are five bedrooms available in the flat on Millfield Lane, YO10, above the church hall in Cornerstone. All the rooms have a double bed with plenty of space and ample storage room. The flat comes with:

• Spacious kitchen and dining room/lounge
• Two sofas and a separate tall fridge and freezer
• Utility room
• Two large bathrooms with showers
• A shared garden with lockable bike sheds and washing line
