Andy & Rose founded a charity called ‘Revive International’ in Brazil; they work with girls off the streets of Olinda (in North-East Brazil) who might otherwise have been pushed into prostitution and other destructive lifestyles by giving them a secure home to live in, food, an education, and Jesus. Dave and Dot run Maritime Christian Ministries, where they seek to minister to seafarers of all nationalities as they visit the port of Liverpool. We provide spiritual, moral and material help wherever possible. When necessary Maritime Christian Ministries also ministers to the needs of the families and dependents of seafarers. John and Mary Featherstone

7string4John is a professional musician seeking to share the good news of Jesus through music. He does this through solo concerts (including on his 7-string guitar) through to large scale choral works and cantatas. See his website for more details.

Friends International are a Christian charity that supports international students in the UK. They do this through equipping churches and volunteers to serve, minister, and engage with international students. JP Carvalho

JP is currently in Japan, teaching the gospel via the medium of contemporary dance. He partners with a Church, and uses dance classes, teams, shows, and events as a means of engaging with people who might otherwise come into no contact with Christianity or the gospel. LucyLucy Haslam

Lucy is working with IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students) and GBU (Les Groupes Bibliques Universitaires de Belgique) in Belgium, helping found and run Christian unions and evangelical events in several universities across the country. Naomi has just headed off to Madagascar having spent some time in France learning to speak French. She will be working at a Christian-run hospital, teaching the children of staff members.



Restore (York) Ltd is a Christian charity set up to provide homes and support for people in York who would otherwise be homeless. Restore works in partnership with Green Pastures Housing and other local landlords to lease and manage properties and provide support for it’s tenants so that having found a home they are also equipped to sustain their tenancy. YCYH: Junior & Senior camps


YCC works with YCYH who provide summer camp holidays for 8-11 year olds. These are run at Whitaugh Park in the Scottish Borders at the end of July. See their website for more details.




In conjunction with York Schools and Youth Trust (YoYo) we have been invited into several local schools to help with their assemblies. Government guidelines and requirements on all UK schools means that as a local church we can bring a valuable resource to our schools.
